Terms and conditions of Sell Your Car In A Flash Pricing & Valuation

We will pay the final price we quote providing, on inspection, the vehicle is as described by yourself and nothing has been withheld as to its condition (which may differ from the auto generated valuation after either: physical inspection or after discussions with one of our sales team). We, Axis Dealer Ltd trading as Sell Your Car In A Flash, reserve the right to decline the purchase of any vehicle at any time. Factors that may impact our pricing on collection may include, but not limited to; Additional Mechanical issues such as engine problems, gearbox problems, brake problems, bold tyres, electrical issues, problems with the keys, suspension issues (this list is not exhaustive) Additional damage to the vehicle. If Sell Your Car In A Flash do not give an option for the issue that is on your vehicle it is your responsibility to make us aware of this when contacted by one of our sales team prior to arranging collection or drop in so that we may adjust our valuation. Sell Your Car In A Flash reserve the right to change our valuation to a guaranteed purchase price as we see fit.

We promise to beat any like for like online quote – Subject to the online car buying companies usual inspection process and for valuations made within the last 5 days, Sell Your Car In A Flash may require written confirmation of this price and confirmation of the inspection taking place. Sell Your Car In A Flash reserves the right to cancel any sale prior to collection or upon physical inspection.
